Kaydane is a 25-year member of local 3 NY. After completing his apprenticeship training in 2003, Kaydane worked as a journeyman out in the field for twenty years. He became a brick and block instructor in the Rochester chapter training center in 2018.
In 2023, he was hired on as the Rochester Apprenticeship Coordinator. He then completed his Instructor Certification Program (ICP) in 2024.
