Rick is a 35-year member of the IUBAC where he worked as a Tile, Marble and Terrazzo journeymen.  He was elected as the Buffalo Chapter Chairman in 2006 and then started as the Buffalo Chapter Apprenticeship and Training Coordinator for the BAC 3 NY.  In 2009 he was elected as a Vice President and became a Field Representative.  He then served as the Secretary/Treasurer in 2015 and is currently the President of the Local.  Rick has received a BAC Craft Award for Best Terrazzo project in 1998 for the Buffalo Niagara Airport and also for Outstanding Public Service by an Individual in 2007.  He currently serves on the IUBAC Executive Board as Vice President of the Plasterers Craft Committee and the International Foundation of Employees Benefit Funds Apprenticeship and Training Committee.
