Jason joined the BAC in 1990 as a Tile and Terrazzo apprentice. After completing the training program, Jason worked as a Journeyman Tile/Terrazzo Mechanic for twenty-seven years with E.G. Sackett Co. Inc. - ten of those years as a foreman.

Jason was a Tile and Terrazzo Instructor for BAC Local 3 NY from 2010-2015. He is an ACT certified evaluator from 2015-present. Furthering his career, Jason became the BAC Local 3 NY Rochester Chapter Training Coordinator and served from 2015-2018. He was elected Vice President in 2018 and currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer from March 2020 to present.

Jason is a two-time recipient of the Craftsmanship Awards for Terrazzo Installation for his work on East View Mall and the RGRTA Bus Terminal.

Jason currently sits on the BAC Local No. 3 NY Management Committee, BAC Local No. 3 NY Executive Committee, BAC Local No. 3 NY Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee, and BAC Local No. 3 NY Organizing Committee.
