Frank is a 25-year member of the IUBAC where he worked as a Bricklayer and Stonemason. After successfully completing the Local 45 Apprentice Training, Frank was a Foreman out in the field for eight years, running multiple projects such as the BPS 301 rebuilding the parapets and Belltower, ST Gabriels Church/BPS #48 Martin Luther King  Cleveland Hill CSD interior build-out, BPS #307 renovation where he met the current Local 3 president, Rick Williamson.

Frank was also an IMI Instructor Iroquois job Corp 2 years and currently serves as the Buffalo Field Rep and Vice President of BAC Local 3 NY.
